Tobacco-Free Campus Signage

Thank you for your interest in our tobacco-free campus signage.

Please complete the form to request a signage package in English, Spanish, or a combination of both. Once submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your request. If you do not receive an automated email, please contact txssc_yss@txstate.edu.

NOTE: Each request is approved based on inventory and the order within which a request is received. If approved, the signage will be mailed through the United States Postal Service within 1-2 weeks of approval.
