Texas School Safety Teen Ambassador Application

We are excited about your interest in becoming a leader and voice for youth across the state of Texas to help create safe and healthy schools and communities!

Before completing your application online, please note you will not be able to make any edits or revisions. This online submission form will ask you to answer a variety of essay questions, upload two letters of recommendation, a YouTube link to your introduction video, and paperwork signed by your parent/guardian.
